About Us
The inspiration for Mile High Gourmet Garlic came from our deep-seated passion for all-natural farming techniques here in the great state of Colorado. We chose to focus on garlic because of its amazing health benefits and the wide variety of flavors. Currently, we are growing 28 varieties of garlic, planted on 120 acres of all-natural, Colorado soil, enriched with a variety of cover crops, and thriving in the clear Colorado sunshine.
